These two pictures are, perhaps, some of the biggest disappointments of my life.
They are of tiny purple flowers around Mt. St. Helens. It's been nearly 30 years since the blast, but new growth comes slow in the area.
I took these pictures with my father's camera, I couldn't tell you what kind of camera it is but it's taken some of the greatest pictures I've ever seen. I've been asking for years to be able to use it to no avail, but on this particular day I was allowed 10 minutes with his camera. I felt like the luckiest person in the entire world.
Unfortunately, every picture came back blurry. Something must be wrong with the camera. Dad didn't say too much, but I know he's heartbroken.
It is old. Maybe it can be fixed.
Hopefully.

Honestly, these are my favorite pictures you've ever taken.
